TRIANGLE provides training to support graduate students, research fellows, and early career faculty. We maximizing their potential through a curriculum focused on developing career and professional skills, with support from diverse mentors. It is designed to assist in developing the skills needed to pursue and succeed in any chosen career, whatever and wherever that career is.
The TRIANGLE curriculum is based on a competency framework that focuses on the skills and knowledge that students, fellows, and ECRs aren’t getting, or didn’t get, in their graduate and postdoctoral classrooms and labs. Awardees will participate in online modules and virtual workshops focusing on these competencies. However, the curriculum will change annually as the needs of our awardees will drive the topics covered from the framework. Our Curriculum Committee leads its development, which includes graduate students, research fellows, and early career faculty. A list our our sessions and events can be found on the curriculum tab under upcoming events.
