As a PhD student at the University of Manitoba, my research dives into unraveling the cellular and molecular mechanisms of type III interferon receptor dysregulation in ulcerative colitis. My professional career is driven by the desire to effect change in people's lives and improve public health. I am also passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring other aspiring scientists. Beyond the lab, I enjoy Bible study, soccer, and playing musical instruments.
