Natasha completed her BSc in Microbiology at the University of Victoria and her MSc in Medicine (Immunology) at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is now a Ph.D. student in the department of Biochemistry & Microbiology at the University of Victoria under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Reynolds. Natasha's research project focuses on the impact of gut metabolites on mammalian humoral immune responses during an intestinal parasitic worm infection and at steady state. She is a member of the Trainee Engagement Committee within the Canadian Society for Immunology, and she is a member of the University of Victoria Women in Science Peer Mentorship Program committee. When she is not in the lab, Natasha enjoys hiking with her dog, Mabel.
