Ellen Kuenzig is an Assistant Professor at Western University, with a joint appointment in the Departments of Paediatrics and Epidemiology & Biostatistics. Her research uses routinely-collected health data to study environmental risk factors associated with developing IBD and a more severe disease course and how individuals with IBD interact with the healthcare system. She is also interested in the methodology and reporting of research conducted using routinely-collected health data. Ellen's research is motivated by her own experiences living with Crohn's disease. In her spare time, Ellen can often be found quilting, reading, or hiking.
