Scientific Skills/Areas of Expertise:

I am an undergraduate student majoring in biochemistry at McGill University, currently spending the summer of 2026 at the University of Alberta in the Armstrong Lab. The project I am working on explores the personalized tumorigenic protective and preventative impacts of unfermented β-fructans in the IBD gut. I am especially interested in how molecular processes translate into real patient outcomes, and that curiosity is what drew me into research. As I continue my studies, I am considering graduate training and a future in medical research. Outside of my studies, I love working with kids at summer camps, and in my downtime I like playing guitar or picking up a good book.
